How do I personalize my keepsake?

Choose your preferred design, upload your photo or enter your personalization details, then add the item to your cart and complete checkout.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For the clearest result, use a bright, high-resolution photo with the person or pet clearly visible. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images.

Can I use a photo of my pet?

Yes. Our personalized keepsakes can be created with photos of dogs, cats, rabbits, and other beloved pets.

Can I preview my design before it is made?

We don’t currently offer design previews before production. Please double-check your photo and personalization details before checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Personalized orders may enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

How long does my order take?

Production takes 4–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days in total, including production and shipping. Free shipping on orders over $39.

What if my photo is not suitable?

If there is a problem with your photo or personalization details, we may contact you before production begins. Please make sure your email address is correct when placing your order.

What if I need a replacement?

Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement.
